At Corporate Consulting & Training International (CCTI) we design and deliver quality professional training and Human Resource Development training solutions to enhance team potential and develop new skills.
CCTI provides a unique range of training programmes focused on the development of leadership skills and personal skills for the benefit organizations in Africa. Africa face new policy challenges as they develop and in turn, would require stronger institutions and higher skill Levels. CCTI focuses on the providing smarter training solutions to corporate learning and development.
CCTI Institute will deliver various services including: Training Needs Assessment, Consultancy & Workplace research, customized training to employees of several esteemed corporate bodies. One of the key reasons that there is no meaningful development in Africa is the lack of capacity by beneficiaries to implement sustainable programs.
We also conduct customized programs for corporate companies, Technical Institutes/ associations, NGOs and public sector institutions.
CCTi HISTORY and LOCATIONS
CCTi was formerly and originally registered in Cape town in May 2015 Registration Number 2015/276966/07. The ideal focus was to provide professional training in workshop formats to aid the working class and Employers regarding the shortfalls in employees performances after annual evaluations and appraisals.
Then in 2018 CCTi opened a branch moved to Sandton where demand in staff development programmes had increased. With over 45% of the Revenue centred on capacity Building in Sandton and Gauteng based or visiting firms.
Due to Budget constraints of both CCTi clientele and CCTi itself a moved to Pretoria CBD was envisaged and undertaken.
Then when Covid-19 hit we restructured and conducted more of online training than public and face to face training.
We are proud to say we conducted over 500 courses since inception and we hope to reach the 1000 mark in 2025.
