HOSPITALITY AT CCTI

By professional definition we at CCTI understand Hospitality to mean “The friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers”. Hospitality is also closely related to customer service because providing excellent customer service is something that is expected from our clients.

We have trained staff who handle this appealing element of our business and ensure that clients are fully catered for and less stressed about their programme with us. Our Hospitality Coordinator, Ms Mokwena (+276 27661658) is available to arrange clientele time and outings after training.

To this effect we have a department organized to conduct all our Hospitality services.

These services include but are not limited to:

  • Airport pick up and drop off for all flight clients
  • Short Tours, Travel & Accommodation as complimentary activities for our clients
  • Organising shopping trips for our clients
  • Distributing of complimentary packages like program packages
  • Organizing team building exercises
  • Event Management

Trips to cultural dances and activities are usually part of hospitality programmes.

Part of Hospitality trips sometimes extends to having great meals at cosy restaurants in South Africa.
