ORGANIZATIONAL AUDIT

In other words, organizational audit is referred to as an activity which is created to assist an organization in improving its operations by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the organization to achieve its objectives.

A comprehensive organizational audit is a major undertaking. Typically, you will be attempting a more modest assessment such as looking at how a particular committee functions, how an organization makes certain types of decisions, or perhaps how various groups interrelate. Having a clear conceptual framework and identifying specific areas of inquiry helps make the process more reasonable and manageable.

We will provide a framework for organizational diagnosis that will be useful if you are starting from a general sense that “things could be better”. Six areas of inquiry are divided into the formal system (work to be done) and the informal system (how things actually work). Our consultants will work with you on the framework and what is expected of your organization.

We will carry out the Six critical steps in auditing the organization as follows:

Step 3: Conduct the audit.

Step 4: Analyze your results.

Step 5: Communicate the results throughout the organization
